Youval Ziv holds dual citizenship in the US and Israel. He studied accounting, law, and economics at the College of Management Academic Studies in Tel Aviv, graduating magna cum laude. His academic record includes top performance in contract law, criminal law, and property law courses. Youval Ziv has established himself as an experienced real estate professional and business leader.
In 2004, Mr. Ziv founded Pacific Holdings Group, a real estate company that focused on luxury residential properties in the greater Los Angeles area. The firm acquires, renovates, and repositions assets. After the 2008 financial crisis, the group expanded its investment activity and entered multiple US markets under his leadership. The firm acquired thousands of foreclosed residential properties - single-family homes and condominiums - in Georgia, South Florida, Southern California, and other states. Pacific Holdings Group now controls and manages hundreds of properties nationwide, with Mr. Ziv serving as its CEO.
Before his full-time role at Pacific Holdings, Mr. Ziv worked as in-house legal counsel at Bar Mor, Inc., an international real estate company in Los Angeles. During his four-year tenure, he provided legal guidance on the firm's real estate portfolio, including development and investment projects in the US, the Middle East, and Europe.
Earlier in his career, Youval Ziv founded Ziv Productions, a company that merged business networking events with real estate investment opportunities. The business later entered the US market under the name Starnet Elite Productions Inc.
